Shipping costs depend on the quantity of your order and your destination. We offer carbon-neutral shipping for every order.
Germany: 4,90 € DHL GoGreen (insured) free shipping over 80€.
EU and Swiss: 5,90€ DHL GoGreen (insured) free shipping over 100 €.
In average your order will take 3-5 days inside Germany.
This may take 1-3 more days by shipping to EU and Switzerland.
When paying in advance, delivery times apply from the time the money is received in our account.
Sometimes your order may be delayed due to increased demand.
Please keep in mind that some of our textiles are finished on demand, which may result in a slightly longer waiting time.
You can return your items to us within 14 days after receiving your order.
You can print out your return label in your customer account or receive your personal return label directly via this form.
Put the delivery note in the package so that your return can be assigned more easily.
Usually, the refund is made within 14 days after receipt of the return to the account used for payment.

Please note that returns are only free of charge within Germany. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a return label for returns from abroad, nor can we cover the return costs.

All orders are insured with DHL Go Green & are shipped carbon neutral. The package material is made out of recycled cardboard.

All our shirts are vegan. Just for our recycled products we can’t guarantee for sure.
In rare cases, we no longer have a product in stock because the stock level was not sufficient.
Either we will receive new goods shortly and send them directly or you can choose an alternative product or we will refund you the missing textile. We will check this and get back to you as soon as possible with an information.

Generally, vouchers and promotions cannot be combined.
Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
The 3 for 2 promotion is currently only valid for one product in one colour and one size.
Unfortunately, it does not work if you mix and match.
For technical reasons, this is unfortunately not possible at the moment.
