Bamboo is one of the most fascinating plants in the world: it grows extremely quickly, requires hardly any water, and thrives entirely without pesticides. This is precisely why bamboo is a perfect basis for sustainable textiles. Our bamboo fashion combines this natural talent with modern design – fairly produced, environmentally friendly, and incredibly comfortable to wear. From basics to trendy styles: With bamboo, you choose fashion that looks good and is even better for the environment.

Bamboo for reforestation and CO2 reduction

Bamboo for reforestation and CO2 reduction

Bamboo fibers are a fast-growing and resource-saving alternative with exciting properties and great future potential.

Minimal use of pesticides and additional irrigation. Bamboo absorbs 30% more CO2 than cotton and simultaneously prevents soil erosion.

It requires 10 times less land than cotton to produce the same amount of fiber and uses 3 times less water. Preserving the roots ensures rapid regrowth of the plant.

Bamboo fiber – the natural alternative

Bamboo fiber – the natural alternative

Bamboo fiber is soft, breathable, and yet robust. It feels pleasant on the skin, regulates body temperature, and absorbs moisture better than cotton. This makes bamboo clothing not only more sustainable but also more functional. Whether for sports, everyday life, or on the go – bamboo fiber adapts to your lifestyle. The ecological footprint remains small because the material grows quickly and is processed in a resource-efficient manner.

Bamboo textiles - How does it work?

Bamboo textiles - How does it work?

Bamboo has been used as a versatile material in Asia for 5,000 years. Due to its longevity, adaptability, and resilience, bamboo is attributed great symbolic significance in cultures such as China, India, and the Philippines. There are over 1,000 different species and it can grow in tropical forests, plantations, or even at altitudes of 3,500 meters. One species often used for textile production can reach a height of over 20 meters in just 50 days.

With modern techniques and the adaptation of traditional methods from textile production for linen, hemp, and wood, bamboo fibers can be processed more and more effectively. The cell walls of a bamboo stem consist of approximately 50% lignin, 40% cellulose fiber, and 10% vascular bundles. Initially, the bamboo is pulped and shredded. Almost identically to the production of wood fibers, the raw material is broken down into its individual components to extract the cellulose relevant for textile production.

The closed-loop cellulose extraction process allows the chemicals used to be reused, thus minimizing environmental impact (Lyocell). Research and development, especially in the last decade, have led to increasingly cleaner methods. With the material's clinically recognized antibacterial, breathable, and cooling qualities, it has great potential not only in the textile industry but also has excellent properties for reforestation and reducing CO2 emissions.

Bamboo T-shirts – your new basic

Bamboo T-shirts – your new basic

Our bamboo T-shirts are the perfect example of what sustainable fashion can look like. Minimalist, modern, and versatile – a true must-have for every wardrobe. The fabric stays soft even after many washes, wrinkles less, and retains its shape. This gives you a basic that will last a long time. Whether sporty, casual, or elegant, a bamboo T-shirt always fits and feels incredibly good.

Bamboo viscose, the silky lightness

Bamboo viscose, the silky lightness

Through a special process, bamboo is transformed into viscose reminiscent of silk: feather-light, silky-sheen, and exceptionally gentle on the skin. These properties make bamboo viscose a material you'll want to wear every day. It feels luxurious, yet is easy to care for and durable. This way, you get fashion that not only feels great but also lasts for years – and respects nature.

Good for you. Good for the planet.

Good for you. Better for the environment.

With bamboo fashion, you're not only choosing comfort, but also responsibility. Bamboo grows up to one meter per day, making it one of the most sustainable plants in the world. Its rapid regeneration and low resource consumption make it a viable alternative to cotton or polyester. Every purchase means less strain on our environment—and more awareness in your wardrobe.
