Niklas Astor
Founder & Executive
Shocked by the true face of the clothing industry, Niklas decided to take matters into his own hands and founded the label "GREEN SHIRTS" in 2012, after graduating from high school. He struggled for a long time as a one-man business until he gathered a team around him in 2013. His vision: an ecological and socially responsible way of working in the clothing industry. He also successfully completed the "Pioneers of Change 2013" course to empower pioneers of change. He is currently studying business management at the University of Applied Sciences.
Joshua of Gabain
COO & Executive
He holds a degree in economics and is a business angel, and has been working in the business world for years, focusing on sustainable development. And that's not all. Programming and music are equally at home with this versatile all-round talent. The other team members would describe him as "inquisitive and a workaholic," as he's always working on four projects simultaneously and rarely rests. Whether it's startups, secret projects, investment-ready programs, or already established companies, Josh is involved everywhere. His contribution to GREEN SHIRTS isn't enough. We're very fortunate to have such extensive experience at our side in our young company.
André Ulrich
Head of B2B Business and Product Development
André is an entrepreneurially minded managing director and co-founder with extensive experience in online marketing, business development, and digital strategy. Following positions as Director of Online Marketing and Director of Business Development, he now leads a sustainability-driven company in the field of corporate fashion and merchandise. With a background in business economics, he combines strategic thinking, digital expertise, and entrepreneurial execution. Drawing on his wealth of experience, he oversees the development of production competence, drives digital product development, and supports the strategic advancement of the company.
Christopher Ritsch
Sales & Key Accounts
Christopher is a true bundle of energy and a true team player. In addition to his communicative nature and positive charisma, he's a true Excel whiz. With experience in his own startups and management consulting, he's the first point of contact for major clients at the highest level.
Ella Hartweger
Sales & Key Accounts
After many years of experience at durchblicker, Ella has become an integral part of our sales team. Partly raised in Barcelona and with experience in the textile industry, she helps achieve the best possible results for our customers. Versatile and quick-witted, she provides tailored, customer-focused support to our major accounts. With her friendly approach, she has made every customer happy.
Paul Böse
Finance & Controlling
Paul is our numbers guy with a heart, and that's truly meant in every sense of the word. With a commercial apprenticeship, a dual study program in tax law, and two years of professional experience as an accountant, he brings solid financial expertise to the table. His current agricultural science studies at BOKU demonstrate that he doesn't just manage sustainability; he lives it. Anyone who works with Paul quickly realizes: this is someone who not only excels at his job but also genuinely enjoys it.
Yves Eisenreich
Head of B2C & Marketing
Yves is our creative all-rounder with a keen sense for structure and aesthetics. Having completed his training as a Digital and Print Media Designer, he brings not only craftsmanship but also an eye for the bigger picture.
He thinks outside the box, quickly familiarizes himself with new topics, and combines technical understanding with a flair for design. His studies in renewable energies show that sustainability is not a fad for him – but a genuine conviction. Communication on an equal footing is not just a phrase for him, but a lived reality, whether with colleagues or in direct customer contact.
