PRODUCTION STEPS
We develop fashion holistically: from responsible fibers to plastic-free packaging – with certified partners in Europe and transparent processes.
FAIR PRODUCTION
We work exclusively with partners who adhere to recognized social and environmental standards (e.g., GOTS/Fair Wear principles). We adhere to a clear zero-tolerance policy and complete traceability – from the field to the finished product. We ensure no child or forced labor, secure workplaces and valid contracts, the right to unionize, non-discrimination, fair working hours, and wages that reflect a living standard.
SUSTAINABLE RAW MATERIALS
We start with the right thing: organic, recycled, and innovative natural fibers such as organic cotton, linen, hemp, or botanical wood fibers (e.g., TENCEL™ Lyocell, ECOVERO™ Viscose). Our goal: fibers from regenerative cultivation – for healthy soils, increased biodiversity, fewer emissions, and an outstanding wearability. Our fabrics originate from regions with high rainfall – up to 90% irrigation is monsoon-fed instead of artificial irrigation. Our production countries are Portugal, Turkey, India, and Bangladesh.
HAND-PICKED QUALITY
Certifications like GOTS ensure that no genetically modified seeds, no pesticides, and no defoliants are used. Our organic cotton is harvested by hand – this increases fiber quality and protects the environment because heavy harvesting machinery is eliminated. During mechanical harvesting, unripe bolls, wood, and leaf residues often find their way into the raw material; hand-picking ensures that only flawless fibers are processed.
RENEWABLE ENERGY
Part of our production runs on renewable energy. This significantly reduces the footprint of our textiles—making our products virtually climate-neutral.
CLIMATE-FRIENDLY TRANSPORT
Our finished raw materials arrive in Hamburg by ship, using the most direct and climate-friendly route. The Carbon Trust label records the CO₂ footprint of transport and production – we have been able to save up to 90% CO₂ in this process. From Hamburg, the goods go directly to Schweinfurt, where we embroider, label, and finish them in our printing facility.
LABELING AND EMBROIDERY
We manufacture labels and hangtags in Germany. The raw fabrics receive our GREEN SHIRTS label and, depending on the product, an embroidered logo. We collaborate with Lebenshilfe Schweinfurt for the embroidery work—this combines social responsibility with first-class workmanship.
PRESSURE
We work with a specialized printing company in Germany that offers certified eco-friendly printing. Water-based, skin-friendly inks and meticulous processing ensure brilliant, long-lasting prints – both environmentally friendly and safe.
SHIPMENT
Centralized shipping from Germany with climate-neutral delivery (DHL GoGreen). We ensure compact packaging, avoid plastic padding, and reuse boxes wherever possible. Transparency included: Track & Trace for every shipment.
PACKAGING
For packaging, we use folding boxes made of grass paper and recycled cardboard.
- < 2 L water per ton of grass material (instead of approx. 6,000 L for pulp).
- Up to 80% less energy and 75% less CO₂ in production than wood pulp.
- Water-based printing inks, the box is completely biodegradable.
- Grass cardboard is suitable for food packaging, among other things – and at the same time reduces our environmental impact.
MEANS OF PAYMENT
Our payment processing is handled by GLS Gemeinschaftsbank – one of Germany's leading eco-banks, which exclusively supports ecological and sustainable projects.
PROVIDER
Our web hosting is provided by Biohost—a pioneer in eco-friendly hosting in German-speaking countries. The servers are powered by 100% green electricity.
Production
Fairly manufactured in Germany, Europe & Asia – with short supply chains and renewable energy. Our partners are audited, work safely, and pay fairly.
Printing process
Branding without compromise: We refine using environmentally friendly techniques, tailored to the motif, durability, and feel.
Materials
Timeless fabrics with a future: organic cotton, linen & hemp, TENCEL™ Lyocell, and recycled fibers. We select materials based on impact rather than trends – skin-friendly, robust, renewable.
Certificates
Verifiable instead of nice-to-have: We work with recognized standards and display them transparently for each product.
