In our online shop, you can either order as a guest or create a user account.

Since we process and ship your order as quickly as possible, cancellation is usually not possible. In many cases, the package is already on its way to you. However, you can refuse delivery or return it as usual.

If you have chosen advance payment as your payment method, you can simply notify us by email ( service@green-shirts.com ) and we will cancel your order.

In rare cases, we no longer have a product in stock because our inventory levels were insufficient.

Either we'll receive new stock shortly and ship it directly, or you can choose an alternative product or we'll refund the missing item. We'll review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

You can pay us by prepayment, PayPal, instant bank transfer, direct debit, EPS Pay and credit card.

Delivery and shipping costs depend on the order quantity and shipping destination. We ship all orders climate-neutrally.

The goods are shipped with DHL Go Green, insured and CO2-neutral. The packaging is made of elegant, custom-made grass paper. For larger orders, recycled cardboard is used.

You can track your order from the moment it's shipped using the shipment tracking feature. You'll find the tracking link and shipment number in your shipping confirmation.

We usually have the following delivery times:

• within Germany: 3-5 days
• EU countries/Switzerland: approx. 1-3 days longer than within Germany

When paying in advance, delivery times apply from the time the money is received in our account.

Sometimes your order may be delayed due to increased volume.

Please note that some of our textiles are finished on demand, which may result in a slightly longer waiting time.

You have the right to cancel your contract with us within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

Returns from Germany:
You can print your return label in your customer account or receive your personal return label directly using this form .

Please print the return label and attach it to your return. Include the delivery note in the package so your return can be more easily identified.

Please note that returns are only free within Germany. For returns from abroad, we unfortunately cannot offer a return label, nor can we cover the return shipping costs. In this case, please send us an email to: service@green-shirts.com

Refunds will usually be made within 14 days of receiving the returned item to the original payment method used.

Did you use a gift voucher when placing your order?
We will then send you a new voucher code via email.
If the amount is higher than your gift card, the difference will be refunded to the payment method used for payment.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a direct exchange. Please return the item you wish to exchange as usual and simply order the desired item through our online shop.

Yes. You can buy gift vouchers here and find detailed information.

However, please note the following points regarding our gift vouchers:

• The voucher can only be used once .
• Multiple vouchers cannot be combined or added together.
• The minimum order value must be at least equal to the voucher value . A lower amount cannot be offset.

Vouchers and promotions cannot generally be combined.

Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.

The 3 for 2 promotion is currently only valid for one product in one color and one size.
